Stand-alone hydropower plant is a major energy source in grid isolated zone because they do not require dams to be built. In stand-alone Voltage and frequency, instability caused by the load variation. This can cause alternator spin very quickly or slowly, causing induced voltage output frequency rise fall. Furthermore, if rate of growth too high low, appliances connected generator undergo huge damage. For optimal overall performance small plant, generated must within required range. To overcome these issues, system discussed this paper. The proposed only stabilizes through an electronic control but also easy price-effective. Electronic controller managed hydro generation that takes into vital parameters, i.e, stabilization both despite variable consumer load. presented technique consists PID fuzzy logic couple DC motors interconnected with H-bridge water valve known as gate. several dummy loads dump extra power keep constant variations. increased efficiency life span generator, used are switched at zero crossings sinusoidal signal. implemented on Simulink/MATLAB Proteus. simulation results prove overcomes challenges plants.
